One thing you never get tired of is the dolphins riding with you in your boat. They are beautiful magical creatures.

Going underneath the old and new bridge was cool to see. Laura kept thinking that after we aren't in a boat and are driving a car again, will we ever really think of how the bridge looks from the water?

It was a beautiful calm day on the water.

We were suprised to find out that we really had one of the only usable marina slips at the Harborwalk Marina. And the marina was mostly empty. As we walked around, we were asked by multiple people if we wanted to learn more about their timeshare. Turns out the building there was a big Wyndham timeshare and not a hotel like we'd thought.

Also, Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville is no where near as nice as his sister's Lulu's restaurant that we had eaten at frequently in Orange Beach.

We met up with our good friends, Jeff & Terry, on "Wild Blue Yonder". We met them on the Erie Canal, and had tried to meet up with them along the way. We were so thrilled to see them again. They also have a home and child in Texas, so we have big plans to see them again after the Loop!

Terry and I had a wonderful long walk on the white sandy beaches of Destin!
Stay: 2 nights
